I am trying to use the lounge access features for the JFK lounge, but I am running into an issue.
When I try to view the live capacity or join the waitlist, it does not seem to be working properly. I am not sure if this is a temporary glitch, a system outage, or a change in how lounge reservations are being handled.
Has anyone else experienced this recently? I am trying to figure out whether the issue is on my end or if there is a broader problem with the lounge reservation system at JFK.
