I have a question about Turkish Airlines’ cancellation policy, and I cannot find a clear answer even after reading other discussions on the topic.
I understand that Turkish Airlines allows a full refund within 24 hours of booking, as long as the departure is at least 7 days away. However, I purchased an H-H flexible fare ticket, and I am unsure how that changes things.
On the fare rules shown in my booking and on the manage booking page, I am seeing some conflicting information, which is making it difficult to understand what applies.
My main question is: if I cancel my ticket after the initial 24-hour window has passed (and the departure is still more than 7 days away), will I still receive a full refund, a partial refund, or no refund at all? If there is a penalty, what kind of fee should I expect for this fare type?
