While exploring Arizona last month, I stayed at a Grand Hyatt and stumbled into something cool: you can now earn and use World of Hyatt points on things like spa treatments, private dinners, and even poolside cabanas. It’s all part of their new partnership with a startup called Way, which simplifies booking non-room extras at participating properties.
I used points to book a massage and a cabana for the afternoon, it felt like getting luxury perks without dipping into my travel fund. Some hotels are apparently pulling in millions in added revenue this way. I love when loyalty programs become more flexible and traveler-focused. Anyone else tried this yet on their recent Hyatt stays?
