Totally spaced on boarding time today thought it was 6:12 when it was actually 5:12. We bolted out of the Sky Club, and Jake noticed my wife running with our baby. He called out to ask our gate number, and when we got there, the agent said, “Don’t worry, Jake called you’re good.”
Couldn’t be more grateful. People like him are the reason I stick with Delta. True class service.
