I have a 20-hour layover in Doha while traveling from Delhi to Boston with Qatar Airways. Since I'm flying in business class, I have access to the airport lounges, but I'm wondering what other options are available besides spending the entire layover at the airport.
Would it be worth leaving the airport to explore the city, book a hotel, or try any specific attractions? I'd appreciate any recommendations from people who have had a long layover in Doha.
