I booked a flight through a third-party provider, and the confirmation they gave me doesn’t clearly show my name on the document.
When I view my booking in the SAS “My Trips” section, I can’t find any option to download or request a properly formatted itinerary with full passenger and flight details, like other airlines usually provide. There also doesn’t seem to be a way to email the itinerary to myself directly from the SAS website.
I tried using the print option, but the output is poorly formatted and cuts off important details.
How do others usually get a clean PDF version of their itinerary or ticket? I need a proper document for upcoming travel requirements, but I’m not sure how to generate one from the system.
