SAS damaged my suitcase during travel and returned it badly crushed on 6 April 2026.
I reported the issue immediately at baggage claim and submitted the required claim paperwork. SAS confirmed they received the claim, but it has now been over 30 days and the case still has not been reviewed.
For anyone who has dealt with SAS baggage claims before, how long did it take for them to actually process or respond to your damaged luggage claim?
