how is the wifi like on a long flight?

I’m flying from Frankfurt to Brazil on a Boeing 747-8 with Lufthansa, and the journey will take around 12 hours.

Since I’m not very comfortable with flying and feel a bit anxious, I’m thinking about getting onboard WiFi to help pass the time. It seems to cost about €25 for the whole trip.

Has anyone used it before? Is it worth paying for?
