How early should you arrive for a Starlux flight from Ontario Airport?

Has anyone taken a Starlux flight from Ontario Airport to Taipei? I’m trying to figure out the ideal arrival time before departure. Since ONT is generally less busy than LAX, I’m wondering if arriving 3 hours before an 11 PM flight might be excessive, or if that timing still makes sense.
