Avianca gave me two coupon codes earlier this year after they damaged my carry-ons, but now that I’m trying to book a trip… I can’t find anywhere to actually enter them. No promo box, no coupon field, nothing.
They’re 13-digit codes with a dash in the middle and don’t expire until Feb 2026, so I assumed they’d work for online bookings. Anyone used one of these before? Do you have to call? Go through WhatsApp? Something else?
