After five days of dealing with poor communication from both British Airways and the courier, I’ve finally been reunited with my luggage.
During the delay I had to purchase essential items, and now I’m trying to submit a reimbursement claim. The issue is that when I go through the claims process, I’m not seeing an option specifically for claiming expenses related to essential purchases.
Has anyone gone through this process recently and can explain where to submit it or which option I’m supposed to select?
