How do you actually get a confirmation email from Booking.com?

I’ve been trying for months to get a confirmation email for my booking and I’m losing my mind.


Does anyone know how to talk to an actual human at Booking.com? Their support loops are brutal. I just want the confirmation from them directly, not having to chase the owner or get screenshots like I did through Airbnb before.


At this point it feels impossible to reach a real person who can actually resend a simple email. Easily the worst customer service experience I’ve had with a travel company.


If anyone has a trick that worked for them, I’m all ears.
