How can I tell if my Air France 777-300ER has the updated Business Class cabin?

I usually fly with Delta Air Lines, but this August we will be flying Air France Business Class from Paris on a Boeing 777-300ER.

I read that some Air France 777-300ER aircraft have been updated with the newer Business Class seats and cabin product, while others still have the older configuration. Is there an easy way to check whether my flight is scheduled on one of the updated aircraft?

Also, are there any recommended seats or better seating options compared to the ones we currently selected?

Our aircraft does appear to have La Première, if that helps identify the configuration.
