How can I find a Delta E175 tail number using partial aircraft info?

I have photos of several Delta Connection Embraer E175s landing at DCA, but the tail numbers are not visible.

The only identifiable detail I managed to capture on one aircraft is a number on the nose gear door, “8203”.

I tried using that information to trace the aircraft online but could not find a match.

Is there a way to reliably identify the tail number from partial markings like this?
