Does anyone actually understand the different sections in Terminal 1 at HNL? The check in area has almost no clear signage, and when the lines are long it feels way too easy to pick the wrong one and waste a ton of time.
It feels like someone prioritized a clean modern look over basic functionality. The few employees around always look stressed and are constantly redirecting people. Overall it just feels chaotic and poorly thought out, especially for an airport this busy.
