Staying at a Hilton in NY for work and yesterday there was zero running water. Told the front desk and they kinda laughed and said it wouldn’t be back until at least 4pm. I had to use the grocery store bathroom all day. Woke up this morning and the sink and toilet work but the shower still has nothing, so I ended up doing a cold bird bath in the sink before heading to the office lol.
I’ve never asked for points before but this whole thing feels ridiculous. I’m planning to switch hotels if they can’t fix it. Should I ask for points too? And how many would be fair?
