Trying to book a 5-night reward stay at my go-to Hilton in San Francisco as a Diamond member. The hotel charges 34,000 points per night and I’ve got 137,000 points. Based on the 5th night free benefit, I figured I’d only need enough for 4 nights (136,000 points), but the app says I have insufficient points.
I’ve done this before with no issue, so I’m wondering does the system require you to have points for all 5 nights upfront before applying the free night discount?
There’s a points bonus promo on now, but I’m hoping to avoid buying more if I don’t actually need to.
