Lifetime Hilton fan here and this place has been the worst experience I’ve had with the brand. Checked in last night to a room with bugs everywhere. Figured it’s Hawaii so whatever. Then the TV didn’t work. Tried to charge my stuff overnight and the outlet by the bed was dead, so nothing charged.
Woke up to more bugs in the shower. Housekeeping never came by, so the dead ones are still there hours later. They even texted asking for feedback, I replied, and then nothing. No follow up at all.
I love Hilton but this property really needs attention, especially at 300 bucks a night.
