Went to book at the airport to avoid the $22 carrier usage charge. Counter was empty, so I called in and they waived the fee. But here’s the weird part: online the fare was $83, agent quoted me $100. After the waived fee, I paid $78 only $5 cheaper instead of $22. Online price was still showing $83 after I booked.
Anyone else run into this?
