I’m flying from Dublin to Perth on Sunday morning and will be connecting at Heathrow on my own for the first time, and also my first time traveling outside Europe.
My arrival is into Terminal 5 and my onward flight departs from Terminal 3. My layover time is 1 hour and 45 minutes.
I have a couple of questions:
Is this enough time to make the connection?
Will I need to go through security again when transferring between terminals?
Since this is not a self-transfer booking, I assume my checked luggage will be transferred automatically, but I’m not fully sure.
Any advice would be appreciated as I’m a bit unsure how Heathrow connections work.
