Just a warning for anyone cruising soon.
If you ever see this number claiming to be cruise line customer service: +1 (888) 645-7943, don’t call it. Always use the number directly from your cruise line’s official website.
They’ll ask for your booking number and then say you owe port facility fees. It’s a scam. I almost fell for it, but called Carnival directly instead and changed all my PINs.
Carnival told me scammers use the info you give them to later change the booking into someone else’s name, and you can actually lose your cruise.
