Flying Seattle to Seoul on Hawaiian next week and saw the upgrade bid for first class. At first it was way out of reach at $800 to $2,000, so I ignored it.
Just got another email and the range dropped to $640 to $1,600. Still pricey for me, but now I’m tempted if it falls again. Seat map shows plenty of open seats in first, so that’s adding to the temptation.
Anyone seen Hawaiian drop these bids further as departure gets closer, or is this usually about as low as they’ll go?
