Just wanted to echo this and give major credit to the Delta Sky Club team at Haneda.
There was a guy in full 49ers gear absolutely losing it. Yelling, mocking a baby nearby, threatening to fight his own wife. Completely out of control. The staff handled it calmly and professionally while protecting everyone else in the lounge.
He ended up being denied boarding to LAX, which honestly felt like a public service announcement. Felt awful for the staff who had to deal with him, and even worse for his wife.
Huge respect to that team. That kind of situation is not what anyone signs up for.
