I’ve flown with Turkish Airlines multiple times and often transited through Istanbul, but recently I’ve noticed a decline in their customer service.
On my last two trips, both in business class over the past couple of months, the overall experience felt underwhelming. The cabin crew seemed disengaged and somewhat unfriendly, which made the service feel less enjoyable than before.
I’m wondering if others have had similar experiences recently or if this is just an isolated case.
