Had a guest who’d check in for one night, then come back the next evening to “hang out” in the lobby for hours sometimes claiming she needed the meeting room for “Bible study.” Caught her coming out of the meeting room at 4am once!
Told her multiple times she can’t do that, even locked the room, and she still tried the door asking why it was locked. Finally got GM approval to trespass her. She’s got a job, just doesn’t want to pay for a room every night.
Anyone else dealing with this kind of thing lately? Guests half-checking in, half-squatting?
