Had a guest book 11 nights, showed up super late (around 12:30am), stayed maybe 20 minutes, then canceled saying the neighborhood felt unsafe. I’ve been a Superhost for 2 years with zero safety issues and solid reviews, so this caught me off guard.
Normally I’d do a 50% refund, but part of me feels this one isn’t really justified. Curious what other hosts think is fair in a case like this?
