Usually fly United but took Frontier today since it was the only flight that fit my schedule. The FA on board was amazing super patient and helpful during boarding, especially with an older couple who didn’t speak much English.
Honestly changed my perception of the airline right away. Does anyone know the best way to send positive feedback so she actually gets recognized?
