I recently stayed at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown and had an excellent experience. The hotel has recently introduced a new Hilton Club, which has replaced the traditional executive lounge.
The club offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with the latter two meals served in a tapas-style format. There is also a full-service bar, and everything was complimentary during my visit.
My reservation included club access, but I was informed that Diamond members with the applicable benefits may also receive complimentary access.
Overall, I found the hotel to be outstanding. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the new club was a great addition that significantly enhanced the stay.
