Booked the Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman for a birthday trip, at least a month after their latest “official” opening date. Now it’s delayed again.
Flights are refundable thankfully, but still frustrating. Was really looking forward to trying a brand new property on GC.
For those who’ve dealt with Hyatt on situations like this, what’s reasonable to ask for? Points? Upgrade at another property? Some kind of gesture?
Just trying to make the best of it.
