Applied for the Summit card in August after pre-registering back in January, but the 5,000 bonus points never posted since I didn’t get the invite email. Reached out via live chat on the Alaska site, first agent said to call CS, so I just ended the chat and tried again.
Second agent transferred me to a Mileage Plan/Atmos rep who added the points right away, no hassle. So if you’re in the same boat, definitely try chat and push for a transfer. Feels good to get a little win!
