Walked off the plane at IAH and saw my name on a tablet. Thought it was a wheelchair at first, then the text came in and the agent asked if I wanted a ride. Of course I said yes. Saved me a solid chunk of walking. The whole thing felt super smooth and kind of surreal. Cool getting a peek behind the scenes too.
They really made this nobody feel like a somebody.
