Just dropped a Sixt rental that was already covered in scratches and dents. I spent like 30 minutes documenting everything in their app, but didn’t realize none of the photos save to your phone. When I returned it, the employee even took their own photos to match what I reported.
Now Sixt is billing me 1.8k saying three of the damages I swear were already there are “new.” Super frustrating. Anyone actually won a challenge against Sixt?
