Got an email from “Holiday Bologna Fiera” asking for Nexi payment link, scam?

Booked through the IHG app, then got this email saying I need to prepay using a “Nexi Safe Payments” link because of a new security policy. It looks kinda legit but also sketchy, grammar’s off and I’ve never seen IHG ask for payment that way. Anyone else get something like this from the Bologna Fiera property or is it just a phishing attempt?
