Global Entry kiosk said I didn’t have GE, but my account looks fine

Came back from an international trip and went through the Global Entry line like usual. The kiosk scanned my face, then told me there was a problem and to see an agent.


Agent took my passport, scanned it, and told me I didn’t have Global Entry. That definitely got my attention since I’d used it at the same airport about two months ago with no issues. Once I got home I logged into my account and everything looks normal. Still active, still two years left.


No clue what happened there.
