This might be a dumb question, but I’m getting nowhere with United reps so hoping someone here knows.
I’ve got two Global Economy Plus seat upgrades from hitting the spend threshold this year. Haven’t used either yet. Expire in November 2026.
Can these be used on an ORD to Hawaii flight, or are they limited to certain routes? I’ve called United twice and neither agent seemed to understand what I was asking.
