Recently visited United Clubs at Newark and was disappointed with the overall experience. At one lounge, there was no hot coffee available at all, and it didn’t seem like it had been refilled for quite some time despite staff being present. When I mentioned it, the response from employees was indifferent.
I then went to another lounge, where the situation wasn’t much better—only one lukewarm coffee option and another that was cold.
Overall, the service and food quality felt poor, especially considering the high annual fee for access. It feels like United needs to seriously improve the standards of its lounges.
