I recently had a frustrating experience at Madrid Airport despite having lounge access through both Priority Pass and Flying Blue Platinum status.
Even with access available through multiple programs, there was a very long queue and the lounge had reached maximum occupancy. The waiting area was also extremely warm, which made the experience even more uncomfortable.
Having premium access benefits but still facing long waits and capacity limits felt pretty disappointing.
