Just flew United Polaris and honestly, it’s frustrating to pay nearly $6,000 for a business class seat and find the tray area dirty with visible stains. It really didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly. This isn’t the first time either, it’s about the fifth time I’ve had issues like this in a premium cabin.
Every time I file a complaint, I get the same copy-paste reply about how my “comments are helpful.” At this price, the least you expect is a clean seat and basic upkeep. Really disappointing for a product that’s supposed to be top-tier.
