Flew Frontier on a short 1h40 route I take all the time and somehow my checked bag didn’t make it. What really bothered me is that it feels like they knew the luggage wasn’t going to make it and still took the bags without saying anything.
At check in they did the usual questions about meds and keys, which I now get is standard, but at the time it felt like they were aware something was off. We landed and, sure enough, no bag.
Didn’t expect this on such a short, routine flight, but lesson learned. Definitely makes me rethink checking a bag with Frontier at all.
