This is a follow-up to my previous post from a few days ago. Based on recommendations here, I submitted a complaint through the DOT regarding the airport booking fee situation.
The DOT contacted Frontier, and I received Frontier’s response stating that the $25 airport booking fee is considered valid and was applied appropriately.
I am honestly surprised by the outcome and wanted to share it here in case anyone was following the original discussion or dealing with something similar. I am also curious whether anyone else has received a similar response after escalating an issue involving airport booking fees.
