Frontier Airlines has announced plans to upgrade several parts of its customer experience over the next couple of years.
According to remarks from Frontier Group Holdings’ Q4 2025 earnings call, the airline plans to roll out first class seating across the fleet, introduce onboard Wi-Fi, and launch an upgraded website and mobile app.
They also mentioned broader improvements to digital products, loyalty programs, and communication tools as part of the modernization effort running through 2026 and 2027.
