Frontier forcing a poster to be checked and then losing it is brutal

This is honestly awful. Being forced to check a thin poster tube after begging to keep it with you, only for it to get left behind at a connection, is exactly the nightmare scenario. All that prep, funding, and work over a year, gone because the airline said “it’ll be fine”.

Frontier slapping fragile stickers on something doesn’t mean much if the bag never even makes it to the destination. And missing a conference presentation isn’t just an inconvenience, that can actually hurt careers.

Not sure how far a claim will realistically go with Frontier, but this feels like one of those cases where the airline caused real, measurable damage, not just a delayed suitcase. Really hope the OP pushes hard on this, even if it’s an uphill fight.
