Our Ontario to Las Vegas flight was supposed to leave at 6:07pm. Hours before departure, we got a text and email saying it was delayed to 8:35pm, with boarding at 7:43pm.
We got to the gate at that time only to see the screen say the flight had already departed. Everyone was confused, including people who had checked bags. No announcements, no updated alerts. Frontier’s only solution was to pay a $100 rebooking fee for a 6am flight the next day.
They told us we should’ve come at the original departure time… so why send a new one? I feel completely scammed. Anyone else dealt with something like this?
