I’m looking for advice regarding a Frontier Airlines status promotion issue.
Back in December, I enrolled in a promotional offer that required completing two round-trip flights totaling $300 by a certain date to receive Gold status, followed by additional flights totaling $750 overall to qualify for Platinum status.
After completing the first requirement, I was awarded Gold status immediately. Since then, I have completed additional round-trip flights that I believe satisfy the remaining requirements for Platinum status.
However, when I contacted customer support, I received conflicting explanations. Some agents initially suggested I did not meet the spending threshold, while others later acknowledged the math appeared correct but gave inconsistent information about timing and eligibility. I was eventually advised to submit documentation for review.
After submitting proof of enrollment and receipts, I was told to wait 7–10 business days. After that period, I was informed that I was not enrolled in the promotion and that my request could not be processed, despite already receiving Gold status through the same offer.
I am now trying to understand what steps I can take next, as I believe I met all stated requirements but the case has been closed.
