I recently experienced significant issues while traveling with Frontier Airlines on a trip from San Diego to New Orleans with a connection in Denver. Due to a delay of about two hours on the initial flight, I missed my connecting flight in Denver by approximately 20 minutes.
Upon arrival, multiple passengers faced similar connection issues. When I approached customer service in Denver, the interaction was frustrating and unhelpful. The available rebooking option would have required a very long travel itinerary of around 30 hours, involving multiple stops, which was not feasible for me.
Due to miscommunication, my original ticket was mistakenly canceled, leaving me stranded. After contacting customer support, I was able to clarify the situation and receive partial assistance, including a voucher. However, I still had to pay out of pocket to book a separate flight back home.
Additionally, my return travel experience included further delays and a reassignment to a less desirable seat, which added to the overall inconvenience.
Overall, the experience involved extended wait times, disrupted travel plans, and challenges with customer service and rebooking, which significantly impacted my trip.
