I paid for a seat upgrade on my return flight ahead of time, but when I checked in, the system didn’t reflect the upgrade and I wasn’t refunded. Instead, I ended up being assigned a seat at the back of the plane.
On top of that, I also paid for priority boarding, which placed me in Group 4, but it didn’t feel like much of a benefit since many passengers seemed to board before that group anyway.
Overall, the experience was very frustrating and left me disappointed with the airline.
