Frontier’s back again with those teaser fares $49 to DFW from Tucson starting this October. That makes three new nonstop routes out of TUS this year, which is honestly pretty decent for a smaller airport. Twice-weekly flights, which isn’t much, but if the timing works, it could save a connection and some cash.
I haven’t flown Frontier in a minute, but that new UpFront Plus thing sounds like they're trying to inch into Spirit’s Big Front Seat territory. Would be curious if anyone's tried it. And apparently they’re planning some sort of affordable first class down the line? Color me skeptical but I’m watching.
Anyone here planning to grab the intro fare before July 28?
