Took Frontier for the first time on an evening run from DFW to Denver and honestly the flight itself was fine but everything on the ground was a mess. Check in agent barely looked up from her phone, super unfriendly. Same vibe at the gate… rushed, rude, people pushing, even saw an older guy fall on the jetway and no one reacted.
Once onboard though, totally different world. Brand new A321, clean, crew was actually great. Seats are as bare bones as you’d expect… no legroom, tiny tray table, no recline, no wifi. Window was the only entertainment. Bought some snacks and a Sprite and at least the menu had variety.
We landed in DEN’s Concourse A which helped end the trip on a nicer note. Would I fly Frontier again? Maybe if the fare is dirt cheap. But paying over 100 bucks for this one… probably not worth it.
