I had several items stolen from my checkin luggage. First of all, I was flying business class oversees. 11h flights. On both ways, my luggage got delayed! Took 3 days to arrive at my destination and on my way back 2 days.
That’s the second year/time in a row taking this flight that this happens!!!
Now worst! Once the luggage arrived home several items were gone. All presents and chocolates, were stolen even personal items like an open bottle perfume.
What rights I have? I don’t have receipts of old stuff and chocolates, and the presents the receipts were submitted to customs for tax free at the airport I can imagine resistance from the airline.
