We just got an automated email from Tomorrowland Belgium saying our Friendship travel package was cancelled for violating T&Cs, and I honestly can’t figure out where we messed up.
We bought Global Journey during presale first. One 2 person hotel package and one 1 person hotel package, so 3 people total. Later, during another sale, we bought a Friendship travel package for 9 friends.
Support keeps pointing us to the rule saying max 6 Global Journey packages across all sales, and Friendship packages are allowed up to 20 people. From our understanding, we’re well under the limit since we only bought 2 GJ packages total (3 people), and Friendship packages shouldn’t count toward that 6 anyway.
Support is adamant we violated something but hasn’t clearly explained how. Has anyone run into this before or understands how they’re interpreting this rule?
